These are skids with common parameters for the mounting of electrical equipment and process systems. They are designed for 250 psf DL+LL and L/240 Deflection. The frame is welded structural steel with a 1/4" Steel A36 smooth plate welded on the top, as the floor/mounting surface. Standard designs are generated by a configurator and can range from 4ft x 4ft up to 15 ft x 70ft. The table below, list common sizes. When you purchase a design the drawings will include a layout drawing, member sizes, weld details, a recommended lift lug design, and a ground pad detail.
Custom design features can be incorporated including Increased floor loads, increased deflection, custom lifting configurations, and floor cutouts w/ covers. For these features call for a quote.
A PE stamped copy of the design and drawings is available upon request for an additional fee. The cost will depend on the design state.
If you would like us to connect you with a fabricator for the submitted design we will be glad to assist you with that as well.
You will probably be surprised at how cost-effective our services are and how quickly a standard design can be turned around. If you have any questions or need a proposal, click the button below or call 423-414-2063.
